Here we list some of our dinner service starters. An hors d'oeuvre, appetizer or starter is a small dish served before your meal. Some hors d'oeuvres are served cold, others hot. Hors d'oeuvres and appetizers may be served at the dinner table as a part of the meal, or they may be served before seating, such as at a reception or cocktail party. Everything from shrimp cocktail to charcuterie selections, we can provide at your special event. Check out some of our examples below!
Shrimp and Cucumber Chips
Shrimp and Cucumber chips consist of our cajun seared shrimp on a bed of house made hummus or avocado blend with a brined cucumber chip on the bottom for support. This creates one heavenly bite for your guests. Flavors and ingredients are completely customizable as well.
Shrimp Po' Boys
Fresh jumbo shrimp which are peeled, deveined, de-tailed and placed in a house seafood brine. The shrimp are then battered and deep fried to golden perfection. The shrimp are place on a toasted roll and drizzled with our Cajun aioli.
Charcuterie Cups
A charcuterie cups are a charcuterie board type appetizer portioned into individual serving cups. It features a selection of preserved foods, especially cured meats or pâtés, as well as cheeses, fruits and crackers or bread.
FLAVAZ Diablo Mumbo Shrimp
Fresh colossal shrimp marinated, floured and deep fried to golden perfection. Once fried the shrimp are tossed with our sweet chili mumbo sauce.
Shrimp N Grit Chuters
A FLAVAZ crowd favorite, our creamy home style grits feature aged sharp cheddar, smoked gouda and gruyere cheeses. The grits are then piped into a wine chute and topped with smoked bacon, Cajun seared shrimp, jalapeño cream and chopped chives.
Assorted Pinwheels
Pinwheel have many different ingredients, but they have endless customizable recipes! Pinwheels are a party favorite and have great table appeal.
